Pike Schoolhouse Farm
Small-scale dairy farming, rooted in the land.
Our Story
A small farm,
doing things slowly.
Pike Schoolhouse Farm is a small-scale family dairy farm. We raise our animals with care, on open pasture, the way farming was meant to be done — unhurried and close to the land.
We believe in knowing where your food comes from. Our raw milk comes from healthy, pasture-raised cows and is available directly from the farm. On weekends, our farm stand opens with fresh-baked goods made right here.

Nutrition & Care
What Our Animals Eat
Our Milk Cows
Forage
Free-choice, high-quality Eastern Oregon second-cutting orchard grass, mixed with second-cutting alfalfa. Our cows have access to forage at all times.
Grain Supplement
After each milking, cows receive a small ration of non-GMO, soy-free, pea-based grain with a small amount of rolled corn. Nothing more, nothing less.
Individual Care
Every cow is different. Feed is never one-size-fits-all here — each animal's nutrition is tailored individually to keep her healthy, strong, and truly nourished, not just getting by.
"We believe deeply in caring for our animals in a way that helps them truly thrive — not just get by."
Pasture alone isn't always enough to maintain optimal condition through every season. We watch each cow closely, adjust as needed, and make sure she has everything she needs to stay healthy and produce the quality milk we're proud to share.

Our Chickens
Feed
Our chickens are fed a non-GMO, soy-free, corn-free, pea-based protein feed. Clean, simple ingredients — nothing we wouldn't feel good about.
Our Standard
The same care we put into our dairy goes into every egg. Healthy, well-fed hens produce better eggs — and we think you can taste the difference.
"Good eggs start with happy, well-nourished hens."
No soy, no GMOs, no corn — just clean, pea-based protein and the same thoughtful care we give every animal on this farm.
